Z-wave technology – appropriately calibrated – detects vibrations, changes in pressure, and any noise in the protected area. Radio frequency technology helps detect any alarm triggered by wireless sensors that communicate with the control unit through a radio signal that works on a specific wave frequency. The control panel (included in the Ècomodo Platinum kit) is equipped with a GSM triband modem, with an integrated speech synthesis module and a DTMF tone decoding module for remote telephone control (RTC).

The control panel manages 128 zones partitioned as follows:

124 zones with dual radio frequency (which can be converted into lines)

3 zones with balanced lines, and one zone dedicated to the Z-wave technology sensor.

There is also an anti-tampering function (tamper line connected to dedicated clamps or radio) for every single sensor stored in the system. The control panel can store up to 32 dual-frequency radio controls with 5 channels each for enabling or disabling the system and carry out other functions and controls that can be programmed from the control panel. The control panel can be divided into 4 configurable sectors to allow the partial activation of the system. It is also equipped with a programmable anti-jamming protection system. An electric output is activated if one or both the radio frequencies are jammed for more than the set time. The control panel is equipped with an integrated sounder, which uses a high-efficiency piezoelectric transducer. The control unit can be equipped with a GSM triband modem with an integrated speech synthesis module and a DTMF tone decoding module for remote telephone control (RTC). This module can store up to 8 telephone numbers, 9 vocal messages, and 8 customisable text messages.
